The opportunity as the Portfolio Manager will be to oversee a substantial mixed portfolio of high value properties including office, retail, residential and industrial at a major global financial institution.
The role will include creating and implementing leasing strategies for some degree of the property portfolio as well as undertaking the day-to-day management. The role requires a balance of skills, commercial awareness and excellent customer service.
Principal Duties
÷ Provide calculated, judicial advice to the Fund Manager and Asset Managers in defining all aspects of asset and property management strategy and framework for the portfolio in order to maximise and streamline performance.
÷ Negotiates and places agreements for the letting of space, including the pre let agreements for new developments;
÷ Undertakes and documents rent reviews and lease renewals in a timely manner
÷ Manages day-to-day external stakeholder relations effectively and proactively
÷ Negotiates and places agreements and contracts for airline relocations in a timely manner, in line with the company's Commercial Policy and on sound commercial and contractual principles
÷ Proactively manages billing process and dispute/debt management
÷ Create and manage a comprehensive business performance model,
÷ Instigates and manages opportunities for business development, e.g. new lettings
÷ Manages property interface with new projects/developments
÷ Provides data
An experienced Property Portfolio manager, well rehearsed in managing large, high value, mixed asset portfolios with a demonstrable record of maximising returns through implementing judicial and innovative management strategies.

£60,000-70,000 + Package
