Surveyor/Senior - Corporate Real Estate

Our client is a well known property consultancy with offices spanning the UK. A new position has arisen for a property professional with experience of providing strategic estates management advice for one of their financial institution clients. The chosen candidate will act as an interface for the occupiers L&T, FM, estates management requirements and must have experience of undertaking this task before. The post requires someone who is F/MRICS qualified and pays circa £25 - £30,000 Salary. West Midlands based.
