Rural Surveyor - Partner Potential

Macdonald & Company have been instructed to recruit a Chartered Rural Surveyor to join a successful, well known private practice. The chosen individual will be tasked with undertaking the range of rural professional instructions including rent review advice and negotiations, valuations and appraisals, rural property sales, purchases and lettings, asset appraisals, development assessments, etc. Applicants must be based (or be able to relocate) to the North East/Northumberland region. F/MRICS essential. The position will also involve taking responsibility for developing the business and ‘flying the flag’ in their region. The position offers excellent career progression and the scope for Partnership in the short/medium term. Salary circa £30 - £35,000 DOE.
