Multi Disciplinary Consultancy - Cambridge - L&T Surveyor - Associate Director - £40-44k plus package - REF
Set up as a specialist division in support of NHS Clients across the region, our Client, a multi disciplinary consultancy are now looking to secure a Landlord & Tenant Surveyor to complete a wide ranging role.
Based in Cambridge with travel across East Anglia the role will specialise in all aspects of L&T on property such as Hospitals, Dentists, Clinics etc and will possibly incorporate a wider GP offering dependant upon the right solution for the Client.
The ideal candidate is a strategic Surveyor with solid Lease Advisory experience gained through Consultancy or as part of a wider in-house Asset Management role. If the experience covers NHS property we would consider this to be an advantage although it is not crucial.
You are ideally RICS with 5 years plus PQE experience.
