We are looking for an ambitious, client focused, commercially trained Chartered Building Surveyor, ideally 0-5 years PQE (newly qualified will be fine) to join the commercial team within a leading, established central London property consultancy, providing a range of integrated professional services.
Workload will comprise of professional and project work including dilapidations, party wall, schedules of condition, due diligence, pre-acquisition surveys, contract admin and a variety of other building surveying instructions.
You will have been commercially trained with experience working in Private Practice or Consultancy. A really exciting opportunity and ideal for someone looking for a varied workload and wishing to progress their career and CPD.
