Recently Chartered Building Surveyor required for London office of a meduim sized property consultancy. The business provides full consultancy services through Agency, Management and Professional Services with in Commercial, Residential and Rural Real Estate.
The role is to fit within team to undertake variety of traditional building surveying instructions on mixture of commercial and residential mansion blocks. All instructions are received from both internal and external clients and direct involvement will occur so individual must be capable of representing themselves professionally and competently.
In addition the individual will be responsible for managing all Licence applications in relation to all managed mansion blocks within the property management division.
You will be a chartered building surveyor, with a degree or post graduate diploma or masters within Building Surveying. Have a strong grounding in general building surveying and able to offer both professional and project services.
