Our client, a highly successful building and project consultancy in Central London, currently seek an MRICS Building Surveyor for their established team.
As a company they provide a full range of building surveying, cost consultancy and project management advice to the commercial sector. Clients include funds, owners and occupiers within the high end residential, office, retail and leisure sectors.
To be considered you will be a chartered MRICS Building Surveyor with 2-5 years PQE. You will have proven commercial experience in a consultancy environment. You will be proficient in some or all of the below:
- Project Management
- Contract Administration
- Acquisition / Building Surveys
- Dilapidations
