An opportunity has arisen for an MRICS Building Surveyor to join the Hertfordshire office of this leading building and project consultancy.
Based in Hertfordshire but working on a portfolio of projects in Central London, you will be exposed to schemes in the high end residential, office and retail sectors.
Current projects include surveys for multi million apartments in Mayfair, project monitoring of commercial and project management of fit out within the retail and office sectors.
As a company they provide a full range of building surveying and project management advice. As such your role will involve:
- Project Management
- Project Monitoring
- Acquisition / Building Surveys
- Party Walls
- Dilapidations
To be considered you will be a chartered MRICS Building Surveyor with 2-5 years PQE in a consultancy environment.
Package will include attractive bonus scheme. Off road parking is available.
