About the role:
They seek a Quantity Surveyor with the ability to take full commercial control of projects up to £20m, or oversee a portfolio of smaller schemes. You may also be asked to take lead quantity surveying duties on major projects, £50m+, supporting the commercial manager in delivering the works. This is a company that is looking for someone who gives their all, is motivated and dedicated to getting the job done to best of their ability, taking control where needed and advice where given.

About the Candidate:
- Main experience in Commercial Buildings. Would consider leisure and education experience also.
- Degree qualified ideally B.Sc. or M.Sc.
- Experience in Design and Build and New Build.
- Must be willing to commute to sites.
- Have a desire to gain more knowledge.
