Miller Metcalfe Surveyors are recruiting Chartered Surveyors in the London area to carry out residential surveys and valuations. Suitable candidates will be qualified to MRICS/FRICS level and be VRS registered. You must have experience in conducting some or all of the following:
- Mortgage Valuations
- RICS New Homebuyers Reports
- Building Surveys
- Home Condition Reports
- Energy Performance Certificates
Excellent presentation & communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage varying workloads to tight deadlines.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a good level of previous experience in all key aspects of surveying disciplines.
