Property Manager - Mixed Portfolio

My client is a thriving private practice which operates in the North West. There is now demand for a Property Management Surveyor to join its team. The right individual will ideally have experience of working with mixed use properties (both commercial and residential) and have a background in day-to-day management, service charges, rent reviews and lease renewals. Candidates MUST have at least 2 years' PQE experience, however my client will consider those who have substantially more experience. This is also a great opportunity for someone in a large practice to move into a vibrant, specialist environment where they may get greater client facing exposure and the opportunity to work for a broader client base. An excellent salary and package is available for the right individual.
