A large public sector body are looking to recruit a building/projects surveyor professional to their busy projects team.
The post will see you responsible for providing technical advice to the project manager on new build developments and refurbishments, and specifically flat and building conversions. Previous experience working on this type of project is essential.
Day to day you will carry out site surveys, estimates, develop specifications and assist the project team in the delivery of their busy programme, seeing jobs through from specification to handover.
The successful candidate will be a degree qualified building surveyor or equivalent, and would have worked on similar projects for a contractor or consultancy. It is essential that you have worked on housing stock/flat conversion projects in detail. Membership of RICS or CIOB is desired.
