Our client based in the heart of the Olympic Borough seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Property & Partnerships to drive the development and transformation of the way maintenance and asset management services are provided. This is a high profile leadership job, which will have the responsibility of continuing the process of improvement and innovation in property services at a crucial time for the organisation.
Reporting to the Group Director of Development and Asset Management, you will be responsible for all of the Property & Asset Management strategy and delivery, and the development of the Property & Partnerships team. Working with the Housing Association's strategic maintenance partner, you will also focus heavily on the development of the service and its performance standards, ensuring that there is value added at each stage. Your remit will have responsibility for the Head of Partnerships, Head of Professional Services as well as the Quality Control Manager.
