Our client a Property Consultancy specialising in Building Surveying, Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Health & Safety are currently looking for Senior/Associate Level Building Surveyor to join their office based in West Yorkshire.
The candidate will be an MRICS Building Surveyor and ideally have a consultancy background, have a wide variety of Commercial experience and have a proven track record in the surveying field.
You will be involved in a full range of work from education/further education projects, party wall matters and dilapidations. Excellent communication skills and previous experience within day to day management of more junior members of staff would be desirable along with the ability to present confidently to clients. You should also be highly motivated with a desire to succeed. Excellent career progression awaits the candidate with the desire to pursue this.
