Commercial Manager / Senior Surveyor

£35,000 - £39,000 per annum
On behalf of an impressive public-sector organisation, we are currently looking to Recruit a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role will involve the Management of financial completion of a number of projects across the organisation’s portfolio of services, while mitigating exposure of the organisation to financial risk. The role will involve working co-operatively with all members of the Estates and Property team while using an efficient programme monitoring system to ensure the provision of real-time accurate management information for all ongoing and completed Capital Investment Projects.
This role will suit an individual with experience gained within a public-sector organisation, ideally with significant housing experience, however skills gained within a Quantity Surveying/Cost Consultancy (ideally again with housing exposure) would also be extremely useful.
The ideal candidate for this role will be Degree qualified, have Membership of a professional body, CIOS, CIOB, CIOH, RICS or similar and will hold a Valid Driving Licence and have the use of a car
