Building Surveyor and General Practice (Valuation) Surveyor
We are a small firm of Surveyors, providing professional specialist property advice to a range of clients. In order to manage an ever expanding workload, we have vacancies for TWO Chartered Surveyors. We require a building surveyor, and a general practice surveyor with Residential Valuation experience. A minimum of 12 months relevant Post Qualification Experience and a full UK driving licence is required for each role.
The roles are primarily based out of our offices in Essex with regular travel throughout London and the South East including on occasions further afield.
We require well organised team players who are comfortable working independently and can manage their own workload. You must also be computer literate and experienced in report writing.
Other specialisms would be welcomed, but are not critical.
