As a Surveyor you will possess good technical and contract management knowledge and will also being responsible for providing feasibility studies on a range of properties across the Midlands.
With a proven track record in similar assignments you will be confident in working alone in providing assessment on the condition of properties and the requirements needed to bring them up to the expected standard.
You will also have good knowledge of managing contractor performance and quality standards and will have demonstrable knowledge in management and surveying of day-to-day repairs, planned and void property service.
With excellent inter-personal skills you will be comfortable liaising with a range of personnel and dealing first hand in developing tenant / Client relationships.
The Ideal candidate will possess:
- A proven track record in Surveying within the Social Housing sector.
- Excellent technical knowledge and contract management expertise
- Recent relevant qualifications.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
- The ability to work both as part of a team and individually
