A leading real estate consultancy are looking to recruit a capable Chartered Valuer to their team in the North East.
The appointed individual will have proven experience of portfolio investment, loan security and financial reporting valuations coupled with the ability to interpret leases and analyse the impact of terms on value.
With a strong academic track record, you will have gained your experience working in a similar consultancy or client led environment and will have a good working knowledge of Circle Investor.
