Leading property and construction consultancy is seeking a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of encompassing all of the technical aspects of a Quantity Surveying role in their Essex office.
You will be MRICS qualified and preferably have a minimum of at least two years post qualified pre and post contract employment experience within specific high end residential and/or commercial/retail sectors and excellent communication skills.
The role is likely to involve the management of junior members of staff and therefore candidates must be keen to develop their management skills.
