My client is a busy firm of chartered quantity surveyors working on a range of building projects including residential, commercial and more. They now have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join them. You will need to have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Degree and have around 5 / 6 years practical experience as a Quantity Surveyor with good experience gained with a private practice quantity surveying firm in the United Kingdom. Any experience of high end residential projects would be helpful but is not essential. You will ideally be working towards taking the APC to become Chartered with the RICS or even be recently chartered. You will work both on your own initiative and as part of a team and there will be plenty of assistance when required. You will also be given further support to become MRICS qualified and this role will provide long term opportunities for advancement.
