Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (Fit Out)

About the company:
A design and construction company with a difference. Based in London, but with a strong presence internationally. They work very closely as a team and combined they can overcome all types of challenges to ensure their work meets perfection in every way the client can imagine. Works comprise predominantly of high-end residential fit out, with a clientele including royal families and billionaires.

About the role:
You will have had previous experience within the design and fit out sectors. This company is looking for someone who can pay attention to detail, someone who has a desire to work within the high-end residential sectors of interior design. You will oversee a number of packages, taking commercial control and reporting into the Chief Quantity Surveyor.

About the candidate:
- Be degree qualified B.Sc. or M.Sc.
- Have relevant experience in desired sector for a minimum of 5 years.
