Beach Baker has been instructed by a leading international property consultancy to recruit a valuation surveyor at either senior or surveyor level for their Newcastle office.
You will be carrying out valuations on behalf of Funds, Banks and private investors throughout the North of England. You will be expected to manage and busy workload and hit targets on a regular basis. You will ideally have experince in Portfolio investment, loan security and financial reporting valuations
