General Practice Surveyor; Location- Oxford
Our client, a leading consultancy, has an opportunity for a General Practice Surveyor to join their team in Oxford. The role will be predominately Valuation and Landlord & Tenant orientated working on multi-sector assets for the team's clients (clients include high street retailers, property companies and funds):
Valuation- commercial, loan security valuations
Lease Advisory- acting for both landlords and tenants on rent reviews and lease renewals. Arbitration work will also be part of the role.
Agency- there is also a small element of agency work with the role although this is minimal and candidates wishing to move into agency should not apply for this.
The successful candidate will cover the Oxford and Thames Valley area. The role will, as expected, involve some travelling and candidates must be prepared to assist the other offices in the area should this be required.
Our client will consider either newly qualified surveyors or those who are taking their APC this autumn.
