Whilst this position will sit within the property management team, they carry out over 100 lease renewals, rent reviews, lease re gears, surrenders and assignments annually. The successful candidate will also be expected to give their clients holistic property and portfolio advice.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to; dealing with day to day management tenant and property matters, liaising with other professionals including letting agents, solicitors, building surveyors and rating specialists whether they are based in the firm or not. Further duties will include progressing lease events as well as identifying opportunities to maximise the portfolio.
