Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager - London
£40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits package
A small city based mid to high end residential developer and investment company is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager to handle the technical aspects of their projects. The company has been established for over a decade and has successfully developed over 50 projects in the London region.
You would be joining an extremely successful, driven and dynamic small team in the central London office. As the sole Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor, you would be expected to manage the full 360 project lifecycle from initial pricing and estimating of developments, setting up/handling of contracts and claims through to managing the contractors on site and the projects through to completion. The projects are small to medium-sized, bespoke residential lead mixed use developments valued between £10,000 and £6 million. The sites are predominantly within London with additional experience in the UK, Ireland and Europe.
The working environment is fast passed and there would be good future potential within the business.
Requirements:
- MRICS (preferable) and BSc in Quantity Surveying
- Experience working as a Project Manger/Quantity surveyor on mid to high end residential developments
- Ability to work autonomously managing the full lifecycle of a project, with good negotiation skills
- Dynamic and driven persona
