Acquisitions Manager (Retail)

Well known, well regarded retailer requires an acquisitions manager to join their existing team. Applicants will have a proven track record in retail site finding, appraisals and negotiations of both existing premises as well as Brown/Greenfield sites. The post will initially be to support the Head of Property, however autonomy will be required once up and running. The post is to concentrate on the midlands region and the successful candidate MUST be based within this geographical patch. Salary circa £40 - £50,000 + benefits.
