Quantity Surveyor (M&E - Building Services)

About the Company:
Our client is one of the leading specialists in the building services market. Their portfolio focuses solely on engineering design, installation and maintenance of the Construction industry. Our clients are a privately owned company with an annual turnover in excess of £100 million.

About the Role:
Our clients require a Quantity Surveyor that has the ability to work under their own initiative as well as within a team environment. You will play a key role in project management, tendering, take offs and bill of quantities. The role involves a great deal of liability with project scopes varying between £2 & £10 million.

About the Candidate:
- Degree advantageous but not essential.
- At least five years` experience working as a Mechanical/Electrical Quantity Surveyor.
- Hard working with a positive attitude.
- Must be Numerate/Literate/Computer Literate.
- Strong communication skills.
