Senior Quantity Surveyor (Commercial and Leisure)

About the company:
A top 50 main contracting company, with a turnover of £1bn. They have a strong presence in the UK as well as internationally. They do a lot of works within the retail, leisure, commercial and residential sectors, also including the refurbishment of existing buildings. Their main focus as a company is on teamwork and performance, ensuring that their team are well qualified to do the tasks at hand.

About the Role:
This company is looking for someone to join their commercial team and take control over either new or existing projects. Your tasks will include but not be limited to cost valuations, allocating work to sub-contractors, supervision of less experienced and trainee surveyors and attending meetings.

About the role:
- Minimum of Degree qualified ideally M.Sc. or B.Sc.
- Have relevant experience within a Main Contractor.
- Hold a structured career within Building Construction.
- Have experience with projects in value range of £15m-£70m.
