Quantity Surveyor (Commercial and Leisure)

About the company:
A top 50 main contracting company, with a turnover of £1bn. They have a strong presence in the UK as well as internationally. They do a lot of works within the retail, leisure, commercial and residential sectors, also including the refurbishment of existing buildings. Their main focus as a company is on teamwork and performance, ensuring that their team are well qualified to do the tasks at hand.

About the role:
This Company are looking for someone to join their commercial team and assist the Lead Surveyor on current and existing projects. May take responsibility for smaller projects and on bigger projects dependant on experience.

About the Candidate:
- Be degree qualified ideally B.Sc. or M.Sc.
- Have relevant experience within a Main Contractor.
- Have a structured career within Build.
- Experience with project value between £10m - £70m.
