Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor (Landscaping)

About the Company:
A major player in the UK landscaping sector, recognised throughout the South East for being involved in some of the UK`s most prestigious developments, including major works currently going on at Stratford and the Olympic Park.

About the Role:
They require an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee a major package of work on the Olympic Park that forms part of the legacy build. The position will see you take full commercial control of the scheme, working alongside the project manager to ensure efficiency and targets are met. Following this project you will return to head office to manage and develop a commercial team to oversee a portfolio of works, reporting into the Managing Director.

About the Candidate:
- Strong background and knowledge of groundworks and landscaping.
- Dynamic approach, looking to progress and develop your career.
- Be able to manage others.
- Structured career history.
- Extensive experience in NEC forms of contract.
