The ideal candidate will:
* Have pre and post contract quantity surveying and cost management experience as well as taking projects through from inception to completion.
* Expert knowledge in the preparation of final accounts
* Ability to analyse commercial performance of the contractor
* Be a team player
The candidate must have:
MRICS
APC + 2years
