The ideal candidate:
- Will be confident in dealing with the client and other consultants and obtaining a brief from a client to assist in the preparation of fee
- Must have pre and post contract quantity surveying and cost management experience as well as taking projects through from inception to completion.
- Expert knowledge in the preparation of final accounts
- Assist in the best practice and continuous improvement within delivery teams
- Ability to analyse commercial performance of the contractor
- Be a team player
The Candidate must have:
MRICS
APC + 2years
Experience in Utilities is a must
