This is a well respected National construction consultancy who offer their clients commercial, contract, and design advice on a wide range of build projects. Their Building Surveying team in Leicester is currently experiencing a period of growth and is looking for a recently Chartered Building Surveyor who can help deliver a number of key projects.
About the Building Surveyor role
An excellent opportunity for a recently chartered building surveyor with up to 5 years’ post qualified experience gained within professional practice.
They offer a wide range of client-focused building surveying work in a multi-disciplinary environment, with every opportunity for the right individuals to progress within the organisation.
You must be dynamic and enthusiastic with good interpersonal and business development skills, with broad experience in professional and project work within the Education, Health, Housing and Commercial sectors and, ideally, with some professional experience in Dilapidations and Party Walls.
Key requirements are:
- Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
- BSc in Building Surveying
- Consultancy background
- Circa 5 years experience
- Good team worker and client facing ability
