With travel thorough the South West, you will work as part of a dedicated team, which offer strategic asset management and corporate real estate advice to arrange of clients.
Working with predominantly public sector organisations such as foundation trusts and other healthcare institutions, this medium sized property team offer an excellent platform to develop and expand your skillset. Development appraisals, marketing feasibility and investment analysis for various NHS organisations as well as project management, estates optimisation, estates strategy and commercial estates reviews are all aspects to the role.
From time to time the successful candidate will be asked to support commercial development projects in retail, hotels and other revenue generating opportunities. You will be expected to develop quickly taking responsibilities for the management of you own consultancy work in time.
You will be expected to have commercial general practice experience and a background in corporate real estate, commercial development, asset management, investment valuation or consultancy would be useful but not essential.
