Liverpool Hope University’s Estates Department is responsible for providing a wide range of essential services effectively managing, maintaining and developing the University’s buildings and grounds. These services make a significant contribution to the University and the student experience.
The University Estate is currently undergoing an intensive period of development in line with the University Strategy and the coming academic year will see many dramatic changes at various locations on campus.
To help bring about these changes, we want to recruit a suitably qualified Building Surveyor to assist with the design and tender of minor capital projects, provide appropriate procurement design solutions and provide CAD support to the Estates team. We are looking for someone with excellent project management skills and used to working to deadlines in a pressurised environment.
