A successful regional office of a national multi-disciplinary consultancy has a requirement for a Building Surveyor. The office focuses on the delivery of high quality building consultancy advice to a broad range of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor to join an established team, which has ambitious expansion plans going forward.
Key responsibilities will include providing professional advice to a strong client base of landlord and occupiers, covering a wide range of skills including building surveys, contract administration, design, dilapidations and feasibility.
Ideally, you will have gained previous experience of working within a multi-disciplinary building consultancy team. You must be able to demonstrate proven experience in the above areas along with an ability to assist with projects and coordinate a range of other commercial requirements.
