A rewarding opportunity has arisen to join a small building surveying division within an established company that has an excellent blue chip client base stretching back over 50 years. Sectors covered by the company include commercial office, retail, industrial and education for some of the major estates in London.
This company is looking for a recently MRICS qualified building surveyor with good experience in defect diagnosis and building pathology to handle this type of work for some major commercial office buildings in the city.
In addition, you will gain valuable experience as you handle project management/contracts administration of commercial refurbishment schemes and the professional party wall and dilapidation surveys.
