MRICS Associate Quantity Surveyor - London
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 plus bonus and package benefits
Capstone are recruiting on behalf of an international property consultancy for an Associate Director Surveyor within the Hotels sector. Our client operates within the Corporate Real Estate, Residential and Leisure sectors; experience within these sectors would be preferable.
Ideally you will have a proven track record of delivering multi £m projects within a Consultancy/PQS environment, be confident and able to stand on your own two feet with good all round pre and post contract experience, the ability to communicate effectively with clients, and the drive to deliver high value and technically demanding projects successfully. Experience within the hotels sector is important at this level to help drive the business forward. Our client is a leader within the hotels sector, so growth potential and building relationships with existing accounts is vital.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established department where investment within the Cost Management revenue stream is a long term strategy and opportunities to cross sell the QS service offering with existing clients is key.
