An opportunity to join a leading property and infrastructure consultancy. Working from their London offices, you will work on an array of bids with clients in the public and private sectors including education, healthcare, retail and residential covering cost and project management services.
Duties include stakeholder engagement; bid process, approval and governance; assessment and management of risk; submission of all bids, dialogue papers, and other outputs ensuring the client's deadlines are met; support the company central knowledge capability for swift bid mobility in future.
Applicants should have varied procurement and contract arrangements experience from preferred supplier, frameworks, and sole contracts to complex partnering arrangements and JVs. You should have experience from EOI through all stages of bidding - PQQ, ITT, Competitive Dialogue to Preferred Bidder and supporting negotiations to Financial Closure.
