Senior Building Surveyor

We are looking to recruit a Senior Building Surveyor for an independent Building and Project Consultancy.  Setting standards in all aspects of building surveying, project management, quantity surveying, construction technology, sustainability / environmental services, you will be responsible for the full range of professional building surveying duties on commercial property to clients.  You will contribute to the continued development and success of the practice and your own CPD. Carrying out building surveys. Preparing, negotiating and agreeing schedules of condition and dilapidations. Contract administration including specification of building work required, carrying out tender process and making recommendation to client and monitoring and supervision of building contract. Carrying out feasibility studies, producing reports and working drawings. Carrying out reinstatement cost assessments for insurance purposes. Preparing and agreeing party wall awards and other general building surveying duties. An excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding consultancy.
