Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS)

About the Company:
An opportunity has arisen to work with an established and highly respected consultancy firm. The company work in a variety of sectors including commercial, residential and educational, offering a wide range of construction consultancy services. They pride themselves on their broad range of experience and expertise from their constant flow of commissions for a variety of clients.

About the Role:
They seek a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a consultancy background to join the company and work with them on upcoming projects. You will be responsible for taking full client and commercial control of your schemes, reporting to the lead partner. You will be based in central London and will want to progress within your career to the highest level possible with aims of becoming a partner.

About the Candidate:
- Minimum of 8 years` experience.
- Must have experience in commercial and high end residential.
- Be employed with an established PQS.
- Be degree qualified, ideally BSc or MSc or MRICS.
- Have a structured career and be experienced within the desired sectors.
