Position: Associate Director – Head of Valuations & Advisory Services

Department: Valuations & Advisory
Report to: Managing Director
1. REQUIREMENT:
Expat, RICS qualified Valuer
At least University degree
More than 5 years experience as a Head of Valuations & Advisory team or at equivalent position
Able to deal with local/multinational clients to win the contracts for Valuations & Advisory Services
Have sound understanding and knowledge of the property market
Be expected to travel within Vietnam and oversea countries
Excellent management and interpersonal skills
Good presentation and strong communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Proficiency at computer with word, excel, power point.
2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Undertake valuations of large scale development projects, office towers, hotels/resorts, retail centre across Vietnam
Communicate with existing and potential local and multinational clients
Research market information in the property sectors
Make proposals, contracts and report to clients as the required timeline
Structure reports in a concise and professional manner
Be responsible for the content of the reports sent to clients
Make presentations of specific projects or the general market to potential clients
Join in meetings with clients as required
Supervise and manage staff in the national Valuations team
Develop and train the Valuations team
Be responsible for the business line’s performance, revenue and related costs
Based in HCMC with travel throughout Vietnam and oversea countries
Other jobs assigned by the Managing Director
3. REPORT REQUIREMENT:
Report to: Managing Director
o Weekly report and plan with business line’s revenue sent by email before lunch time every Friday (copy Finance Director)
