$160,000 - $200,000 + benefits

Estimator to assist in leading our Estimating team in Melbourne.


The role 

The Estimator/ QS is responsible for contributing to the profitability and growth of the estimating consultancy team. This is achieved by managing projects within the estimating consulting team and providing effective leadership skills, planning and client management.


The person

As a degree qualified Civil Engineer or Quantity Surveyor, you will have proven experience in estimating for major transport projects and related civil infrastructure. Ideally, you will have experience working with civil contractor. You will be well versed in both private and public sector projects and in constructability reviews, estimating and bid reviews, provision of  professional advice, time management of estimating resources and presentation of capital expenditure reports to clients.
Degree qualified Civil Engineer or equivalent
• 10+ years of Infrastructure Estimating experience
• Experienced in both public and private sector projects  
• Proven track record  in time management of estimating resources to achieve delivery timeframes
• Experience scheduling new estimate delivery timeframes
• Experience with Capital Expenditure Reports to Clients
• Previous experience in assisting in the development of Consultancy proposals
• Management Qualifications desirable
