An exciting opportunity has become available to join an award winning property consultancy as an Associate within their highly successful Industrial Agency team.
The successful candidate will play a key role within this busy organisation. You will be responsible for managing a small team of surveyors and handling up to 50 live instructions for some of the best known local and national clients within the industrial market. You will also be responsible for developing new business contacts within the East Midlands and M1 corridor.
We are looking for ambitious and forward-thinking individuals to share in the success of this dynamic firm. The ideal candidate will be an established Associate within a competing firm with an in-depth knowledge of the local market, however, candidates who are prepared to relocate will also be considered. My client will also consider a strong candidates from an Office or Retail background who is a quick learner looking for a role in Industrial Agency. Candidates are also required to have at least three years PQE as a chartered surveyor.
