Senior Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

About the company:
This company is a medium sized main contractor specialising in civil engineering, design & build, commercial/housing development. Setting the standard high, they ensure they meet their client`s needs, whilst also looking out for exciting opportunities within today`s current market. Their projects range in value from £2m to £50m.

About the role:
This company are looking for someone who has the skills and knowledge to join the commercial team and take control of a number of projects at any one time. You will be a highly motivated team player and be able to assist/mentor less experienced surveyors. Your concentration will be for design and build projects on commercial, retail and industrial buildings.

About the candidate:
- You will be degree qualified either BSc or MSc
- Hold a relevant and up to date CSCS card
- Ideally be RICS or CIOB accredited
- Experience within design and build sector
- Experience within estimating would be a plus but not essential
- Be willing to travel to site when required and the head office.
