An opportunity has arisen to join our very successful team here at Belleveue Mortlakes and be based at our Head Office in Enfield Town. We are seeking quality graduates with skills as set out below and who can complete their APC with our practice. We are approved training providers of the APC and are able to provide quality structured training in order to successfully pass and become a qualified Member of the RICS.
Remuneration depends strictly on level of experience, if you have little experience it is likely you will be starting on an internship basis. If you do not wish to be just a number in a huge organisation where your efforts are not properly recognised then please send in your CV for consideration.
The successful candidate will join our busy, thriving general practice, dealing with all aspects of commercial and residential valuation surveying with options if taken to be involved with a wide range of property types and disciplines, eg. L&T and agency.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
• Sound knowledge of Valuations, Landlord & Tenant, Measurement, Building Technology.
