A highly successful practice specialising in the retail sector has instructed Beach Baker with an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join their growing office. This company, established over 15-years ago, provide surveying and store planning services to developing corporate retailers and represent some of the biggest names in the market.
As Project Manager you will oversee an entire office refurbishment of a Retail Head Office by providing a consultancy service and liaising with the internal teams from architects, designers, electricians, Board Directors, IT department and many other contractors involved in the development.
The role will be on a fixed-term contract basis for least 12-months, but may be extended due to the expansion plans of the business.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Project Manager through MRICS and also CDM co-ordinator with a good knowledge of Building regulations. Overall we seek somebody who is excited by the challenge, the nature of the client's work and wants to play a central part in their on-going success.
