Estimator (Small Works Refurbishment)

About the company:
A well-established regional contractor specialising in refurbishment work. They have been around for over 140 years and have evolved into specialist sub-contractors. They now want to expand the company and build a portfolio across preferred sectors of the construction industry. Projects range in value from £500k to £2m.

About the role:
This company are looking for an Estimator with strong market knowledge; they are hoping that with the right candidate they can break into the London network securing more work and new trades to be able to expand the business.

About the candidate:
- Ideally degree qualified.
- Confidence to work independently.
- Be able to attract new work.
- At least 8 years` experience.
- Have a mixed background of experience in different sectors.
