About the company:
This company is a well-respected building contractor that has earned themselves a reputation for their work across London and the South East. They have a rather prominent portfolio to date; some of their projects include listed/historical buildings and private residences. Project value ranges between £500k to £15m. Locations of work include Mayfair, Kensington, The City, West End and Chelsea.

About the role:
They are looking for someone who can come in and add value to their estimating department. You will present the best net tender to the directors and within the time scale agreed. You will attend site visits when appropriate and internal handover meetings where a successful tender is passed over to the production team.

About the candidate:
- You must have an understanding of building contracts.
- Be well organised and presented.
- Hold a qualification within construction or demonstrate your work.
