Description
Due to the continued success of our Birmingham office, Rider Levett Bucknall is seeking a Building Surveyor to carry out professional work for a number of our leading national clients. The role will involve the completion of surveys, design specification and contract administration of a diverse property portfolio.
This role would suit a highly motivated individual looking to further their career in a growing team as part of a multi-disciplined global organisation.

To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
Essential
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a similar RICS accredited course
- Chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or about to complete their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC)
- Professional services experience with particular emphasis on Contract Administration and Design Specifications
- Building conditions surveys
- Previously employed by a consultancy or end user client
- Team player, outgoing and flexible
Highly Desirable
- Ability to identify and develop potential opportunities to secure more business for RLB
